The environment is so cool, very clean , people are so friendly, have enough space, everything in the house working properly, people in the office have a every good customer care and we have security ♥️♥️

Very sweet people working in the staff, lovely apartment, and a fantastic rec center kept super clean! So far, I have loved my time with Southwinds and can’t wait to be in the community longer.

It’s a really nice community! The residents are friendly, everything is up kept really well. The amenities are really cool. I like that you don’t have to take the trash out yourself either!

I am greatly appreciated by them. I wouldn’t trade it for anything. The main office is good and the maintenance was good. It’s all about a good experience with them.
