Move in was easy other than a few hiccups. 2 months in and happy. Good location and maintenance is great. Nothing special but a good price point for the north loop

Move-in process was fairly easy. Elevator reservation and loading trolleys limited the number of trips up and down. S/o to the team that cleaned the unit prior to move-in day .. they did an excellent job!

Everything is always clean and the people are always nice. And if issues arise they are always helpful, if you have questions they always know the answer.

Just moved in- it was really easy and I’m loving my new place! The amenities are great and I can’t wait to stay going to all the good restaurants nearby

Parking managed by an external app is not the best. I do not get the 2 slots promised with a penthouse. Overall staff is good. Appartment are in good condition. The floor is low quality. I do not use the amenity.

We love the appartement, rent price, location and amenities so much. As foreigners, we enjoy our landing in the country in such a great building.

It's fine. I wish we could use the amenities past 11 PM on weekends. I like the location and staff. The handymen are very accommodating and nice.

The location is amazing! I love the walkability, access to restaurants and activities, and access to grocery stores. Building wise this is a gorgeous place feels like a homey hotel and the staff are professional and kind

The location is one of the best, walkability is key when living in the city and this place has it! Plus the staff and safety of the building is top notch, overall a great experience.

No complaints so far! Everyone is so kind and helpful and their amenities are incredible. This place should be a blueprint to other “luxury” apartments.
