Pests have been an everlasting issue, but recently I've felt like the corridors and staircases are becoming increasingly unhygienic. The whole staircase always smells like cigarettes and it's awful.

848 Mitchell is a great apartment complex especially for students as it is very close to the campus, has a very big garage for commuters, and their staff are very easy to reach if anything happens.
