Its not a bad experience, not mind blowing, but not bad either. I do like the effort. Its nice and quiet here but the Karen's are everywhere
Great community, Office staff is amazing, helpful and polite, Maintenance Staff does a great job with responding to Work Orders and is also polite. Would definitely recommend
This is our first experience living in an apartment since we we about 20. I now can completely relate when please use the word slum and slumlords.
Some noisy neighbors, a few problems from when we moved in that haven't been fixed yet, and they're taking forever to get the lease for our new roommate. Still, convenient location, and decent prices.
I have absolutely loved my time here at allure at Tempe. My dog loves it as well. Her favorite part is the walks obviously. She can’t get enough of them
Though I am moving in this month and soon i am excited about the place and their prompt and continuous communication update. Thank you Allure
The move in process was very smooth and appreciated it didn’t add any stress … just wish I didn’t have to hear upstairs noise makes it hard to sleep
A Nice and quiet place to live. I like it so far. The apartment was remodeled and look modern. I just moved to Arizona and I'm glad I found a place like this
Very helpful staff. Very easy move in. The property is very well kept. Very clean. The ladies in the off are just AMAZING! Can’t wait to tell you love about my move-in.
From the moment I moved in there were many damages in the apartment and other appliances that were very close to breaking. For instance there was a crack in bathtub and was commented on. The maintenance man at the time saw it disregarded the damage and the bathtub eventually got so damaged that a whole new tub needed to be order. Many other instances were such as water damage on the ceiling (which was procrastinated then BADLY painted over) and parts of the carpet were also included in this. If it wasn’t DETRIMENTAL to the apartment it was pushed aside. This made the $1400 two bedroom apartment feel less worth it. The rent was also a pain to pay since the website would “sometimes” work. This made paying rent more of a scheduling problem. The saving grace of this experience was the wonderful staff unfortunately they were hired and fired at such a rate it was hard to maintain a relationship with them. Over all more attention needs to be given to the convenience of the tents.
