So happy I made the right choice to live here! My daughter and I are very happy in our new home. The community is very supportive, clean, beautiful and safe!! Recommending to all my friends.

It’s a very good community with grocery stores nearby and clean community . Maintanence issues are solved in timely manner . Play area for pets is there in the community .

Parking continues to be an issue. We all sign a lease agreeing to the rules but they are NOT enforced. Often it is a visitor that displaces a resident and Atley refuses to tow. Strange and confusing.

I moved in December 2024, and so far, my experience has been quite positive. While there are times when dogs bark occasionally, which I don't mind since I’m a dog lover, overall, I have no major complaints.

I just feel the community hasn't been safe for me as someone who came in experiencing so many unsafe situations. It doesn't seem to disability friendly

My community is always kept up to part. No matter if its the way the community looks and how friendly it is, there couldnt be more for me to ask.

I am the most oldest customer of Atley on the Greenway i am happy to live in such luxury apartment, but the only the price for the extend of the leas is a bit higher compare to the available ones.
