I have been living here for 3 years now; everything has been good. some ups and downs but I have enjoyed my time at Avana on pine and the community is great!

Great place to live. Prime location. The apartments are beautifully updated. The appliances and counters… I love. The apartment is secure, and the parking is easily accessible.

Very comfortable, I work at night and I can rest during the day, it is very quiet and calm, the staff is very professional and friendly. In general the community is a great place to live.

The community is amazing and is well kept as far as cleanliness. The location is great as well. I have lived in the complex for 2 years and the changes to the building have been noticeable in a positive way.

The community is great as well as the Property Managers who are also helpful. The building is kept clean and makes it easy to walk your pet in that environment.
