Great location, occasionally you get the rude disruptive neighbor. Staff and maintenance are accessible and helpful when needed. Overall has been a positive experience living here

Quiet comfy community nice neighbors beautiful area nice gym and all the amenities and pool I cannot wait til this summer to utilize the pool and grills and fire pit lounge areas

The community and amenities are ok. Maintenance is very quick to respond.
The location is great as there are many shops within minutes of the building.

It has not been great to live here - very happy to be leaving now. I would not recommend anyone live here. We have friends in the building who hate it too

I like Avana Southview because Everyone minds their business. And you can’t hear the noise while in your apartment. And the trash chutes are very convenient.

It been a great experience. If there is an issue it gets addressed right away. The APP makes it easy to pay and also to address anything that comes up.

This awful place keeps getting worse. I can’t wait to move out of here this summer. There’s just so many complaints. There is literally no upside to living here
