We put in work orders that don’t get fixed until a month later. The gym constantly goes out with no power. We had to manually talk to someone twice about our roof flooding before someone came to check on it

The gates are always broken, there is always garbage in our hallways and the trees are destroying our cars. We should cut down the trees and improve our trash system since we pay so much for valet trash
