Assist the account management team with Community Rewards customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Professional day to day communications with client accounts.
- Generate reports on performance, customized requests and completion of account management team goals.
- Proven project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with reporting and analyze ongoing results to identify campaign trends and key insights to help meet and exceed client goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications.
- Able to think strategically and creatively.
- Client-service oriented.
- Motivation to learn and grow with an organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
