Living at broad stone energy is awesome. The amenities are great, and the complex is located close to downtown, the mall, supermarkets and restaurants

Safe environment. Beautiful pool. Prompt response from maintenance. I have yet to encounter an issue with management. Staff are kind and professional.

I’ve been here almost 2 years. My only complaint is the parking garage. People be speeding other than that everything’s good. The floor & area I live in is quiet never have problems with my neighbors either.

The Office leasing agents are always nice and helpful. Maintenance responds fast and the landscaping is always nice. The neighbors are always nice and respectfully quiet.
