If i could give less stars I would. This place sucks and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy (well, maybe my WORST enemy, but not like a minor enemy).

Office staff is helpful, friendly and generally answers the phone quick if they are not busy. Fortunately we haven't needed maintenance much but when we did he came the next day

Utilities included is the most convenient way for any tenant to have a normal psyche without extracurricular financial burdens ruining your conscience haha great place

They put new flooring into the common area which is nice because my neighbors let their dogs pee in the hall, but the stairs are still carpeted and now the hallway is stained with pee and other unknown things.…

Management/ownership tries but fails more often than they succeed. To sum it up, there's a desire to do their job as well and a detachment from the needs of residents.

Nothing is communicated amongst the staff when it comes to issues. Concerns brought to the staff are ignored. Lots of issues with the building that were overlooked or not cared about

Wish we could get a new bottom door it’s cracked we really could use a new one. Other then that everything is great. It’s real quite around this area

We have had several maintenance problems; people have even walked into our apartment unannounced. Communication with the agency has also been an issue!
