I love it here in Casa Brera because it’s nice and quiet. It’s close to a lot of shopping areas and not too far from the beach. I’ve lived here for about 7years and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.

I believe the carpet could use a cleaning or better yet a replacement. When things needs replacement or repairs the maintenance workers are very nice and assist with repair(s) quickly.

I like it here! A bit noisy on the second floor with garages below and people above. Have not had an opportunity to enjoy the amenities. Love that there is parking and that it's a gated community!
