I am very happy living at Coasterra. The staff is very nice and the place is always clean! Parking for guest can be tricky, but other than that, I am very satisfied :)

The only thing I don’t love is the parking garage. The spaces are too tight and getting out of the garage using the narrow exit ramp is a nightmare

Coasterra is in a great location and the amenities are wonderful. The maintenance guys are very responsive. My apartment is just what I had wanted. I could not be more pleased. Mia in leasing is the best!
