The staff is great, the property is beautiful, loving the amenities. The location is perfect ands convenient. I have talked to several residence that have lived here several years and they are very happy here

Leasing staff is the best in the business, before you move in, but most important, they continue to help during the move and after. Maintenance staff is outstanding, quick response and great attitude.

We are new to the District at Scottsdale. We've found Ashley and Dominique and Maragrita to be very helpful and friendly. We love the large kitchen, and the closet spaces. Also, very nice to have the dog run.

The residents here are very welcoming. Met lots of residents with dogs. Looking forward to using some of the amenities. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

I moved in recently and so far I haven't had any issues. There were a few things maintenance had to come and fix in our unit but they did so super quick. The front staff is also nice and polite.
