I love how I can talk to people I barely know while doing laundry. Everyone is very welcoming and outgoing, and whether it's doing laundry, grabbing coffee, or just being in the elevator, everybody talks to each other

People here are fun and open. Nice variety of events take place here each week. Basically everyone here is down for socializing and the apartment hangouts are nice and chill.

The elevators are never working at the same time. This creates crazy lines for the students waiting for the elevator. Overall the building is liveable for students.
