absolutely love living here. the amenities are great the staff is wonderful and the location is perfect. I can drive quickly to work in the morning and am happy to come home to a peaceful neighborhood

Absolutely incredible! We are a big fan of the resident event options and utilize their pool/gym often. I feel very safe! Can’t wait to continue to renew our lease and make our home here

Element Barclay is a great place to live. It's close to shopping, movie theater, great walking paths, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods. Great maintenance and office staff.

it's kinda noisy at night but there are a lot of different amenities and the apartment is nice and located close to a lot of places here in wilmington
