Carpets are always filthy in many areas of the building. Dog poo in hallways, trash being left out in halls. Pool is not warm. Packages are often lost/have been stolen. Concierges keep leaving desk. The intercom in lobby door area doesn’t work at all. If it did that would assist with the concierge issues. Unit windows have not been cleaned on the outside in over 5 years. No coffee bar or extras like at The Saratoga or most buildings on Connecticut Ave. Crime increased in the building. Shopping carts outside. Security issues. The concierge physically attacked a woman (it’s on video) and verbally assaulted another. Pool hours are not good. Lifeguard comes late. Roaches in garage,loud parties and CHILDREN in the gym. Poo bags for pups are empty often. Office is only open 6 days a week. Chipping paint/leaking areas all over the building. Many buildings in Dc are older yet keep itself clean and up to code. Many many years ago there was a door man here. Now, we are a MOTEL. HIGHMARK is AWFUL
