I've been here for a while, so, through ups and downs in management, etc. But I haven't considered leaving. My son and I love the tiny community we have in my building. He has I don't know how many other "moms" and "dads" and "older siblings" who will grab him up in a heartbeat if needed. Feels like an extended family.
We used to have community events when I first moved in and would love to have those again. Maybe one for single parents (so we don't go crazy, sometimes). It would also be cool if there was a community advisory board that met monthly. A monthly meeting where management listens to us and our needs and things we would like to see happen in our community. This is a common set-up in public health promotion work with communities. It ensures our voices are heard; after all, we're the ones who live here.
A few thoughts/ recs. All post c-19, of course!
