i love the pool here and the parking is nice and the staff is always ready and wanting to help whenever needed it’s great here fo sho love it

Casey is so helpful at the leasing office! I have nothing but great things to say about the staff, all the amenities, the facility, and living here.

I've been here 3 weeks and so far things have been great! I've manage to attend 1 resident event to meet my neighbors and have fun at the same time. Just waiting to experience the jacuzzi once it has been fixed.

There is always More room for improvement in parking garage Camera needed. more security its luxury apartment it shd feel like it. Gated garage gate dnt work neeed to improve

If all the amenities actually worked or I felt like you were actually trying to fix them, I'd give a 4, but we see that's not the case. Most of the summer and all of winter with no Jacuzzi. Poor choice to shut a pool down, it's TX, besides that, people do like to swim in cold water too. You have some SERIOURS electrical problems. Mark these words, that's going to bite you in the rear one day. SMH.

I enjoy the neighborhood. Being able to walk to Whole Foods or Starbucks is priceless. And after a long day at work it is always great to hit some balls at the golf simulator

BEST place to LIVE! AWESOME STAFF, PROFESSIONAL MGR! SAFE atmosphere FUN activities! You SHOULD live here! Maintenance is ALWAYS on time, workmanship is TOP NOTCH! You should reside HERE!

Apartment is really spacious. Never had any issue with the apartment except the community doesn’t strictly enforce fines or stop people from smoking weed. Which makes the corridor like a dormitory walkway on the 3rd floor.

The building is nice but the garage door and 3rd floor access door from the garage have both been broken for months and it leaves the building unsecure

Community makes you feel at home. Staff is always helpful and easy to deal with. I have extended for another year. The location is great for many reasons.
