Apartment and location are great. The first community event was fun and good to meet people. The pool is closed for a while but excited for it to open up asap.

Application and move-in process went very smooth. Nice apartments in a great location. I would recommend this property for anyone moving to the Nashville area.

My experience has been great here at the Gossett on Church. Great community and amenities are top notch. Highly recommend and the best part of the whole experience is the friendly staff.

Amenities are really great, rooms are clean and well fixed. The community are friendly and welcoming, Bri and Angelea are very professional handling any request with regards to every concern that I have

The entire leasing staff has been very friendly, informative, and helpful to myself and my fur baby during initial visit and finally move into our new apartment.

We have lived at here since the building opened and we have stayed for 8 years! We don’t have any issues and the location is close to anywhere we need to go.
