Truthfully, my resident experience has been miserable at best. I renewed my lease out of sheer necessity not desire. Our renewal came right at the time the pandemic was at its worst and we didn't have job security. The way the leasing office handled this especially with the way they interacted with us as residents was completely terrible, wrong, and could have been handled in a more empathetic manner. The most we got from the leasing office was a constant reminder that no matter the pandemic, we still had to pay rent. No qualifiable resources, assistance, etc. Truly, just a lame experience overall.
