The complex is in a nicer area with access to a lot of different amenities near by. The maintenance team is fantastic. The neighbors can be a little noisy at times but other than that, cannot complain

Trash pick up is on time and the amenities are usually kept up with. Neighborhood is quiet and everyone is pretty respectful. But they lock the bathroom at the pool on weekends.
