Pretty good apartment but there are some minor things that could be maintained better. There are supplies from maintenance sitting around that don’t get picked up.

Its been ok i guess. My neighbors above me are so load n their dog barks literally all the time when they’re not home. And on the weekends, I guess they’re always gone because he barks literally nonstop for hours…

Wonderful neighborhood, great school district, minutes away from many shopping stores: Walmart/ Target/ Restaurants/grocery stories! Management is very nice.

Quick and easy fix. We were not home during the maintenance on our dishwasher. We came home to pleasantly find that we could stop handing washing dishes! Thank you!

The washer/dryer in the unit is a great accommodation. Nice new updated appliances and updated flooring with a great backyard view. The 24 hour security keeps trouble away.
