I love living here. It is in a good location and is not a far walk from my classes. The whole place is just up to date which is also nice. I love the amenities that are offered too.

Overall it is a decent place to live. It can get a little loud and messy in the building on weekends but that is expected. The mess is usually cleaned up by mid week. The rent is a little high but can be justified due to its convenient location to the university and downtown.

Great housing place with a rooftop pool! Location wise is really close to campus. Free food and fun activities at the Annex every week. Convenient indoor gym.

Very nice place to live. Nice people. It’s pretty college living here. Nice gym. Nice pool. Six floors. Fine women. Good food. Giveaways. Privacy.

There is no parking for guest to use if they come and visit you which sucks. Other then that the apartment is a good place to live but the price is a little high but if you don't mind that then its great.

For the most part it is good, maintenance is fast, they attempt to involve the community and check up on us a lot. The only part is, it is very expensive.

The overall experience I have had here has been less than satisfactory. A lot of random issues have arose and the place is not set up as promised.

The community here is fine. There is a lot going on, mostly for girls though so try making some options available that boys would be interested in too.

The emerald 6 four person room is very small, and the wall does not go all the way up. Zero privacy in our rooms. My door doesn't lock either.
