Usually noise is good and maintenance responds really fast. Grounds are kept clean. Garage gates often have issues but overall good experience.

Absolutely love The Huntington and the staff here! The location is fantastic, every kind of food and shopping you could want within a 5 minute drive, and we couldn’t ask for a better home!

Upgraded pool chairs and benches throughout the complex. Looks really nice. Along with cleaning the front windows being cleaned daily. Makes it feel like a luxury apartment.

So far everything has been smooth. The only things that bothers me are the banging doors to exit building. They don’t have springs on them to shut slowly. They make a loud bang every time someone enters or exits the building.

Awesome property. Property manager, Tamakia, and her front office staff are A-1. Also the maintenance team, headed by Mr. Rodney, are A-1 as well. Can't go wrong staying here. Welcome Home!!🙂🙂🙂🙂

Was a bit more conservative in past, but still new here. Gone through a management change. I am still very mortified by cigarettes, the trash especially on the path, it looks like well, a dump site. Would like to stay but seriously worried clean up needs to happen and penalties on smoking. Staff is friendly and maintenance superb.

I always like the neighborhood and amenity here. I recently renewed my lease since everything is good for me. All staffs are friendly and responsive.

We love our home here at The Huntington! So lcose to shopping and eating and perfect spaces to entertain friends, not to mention all of the staff are so great to be around!. Absolutely love living here.

The community needs more activities please such as monthly breakfasts and wine parties and social events. Also the gates to the parking garage don't work more often than they are working.

No communication from office on any broken amenities or ongoing issues. Last minute communication to try to get into residents apartments. Tow residents that are registered in the app. Inconsistent office hours and consistently close early. Maintenance staff is excellent - the only reason why this review isn’t 1 star.
