Maintenance is quick and efficient. Management gets back to you promptly, but I would make sure you have everything in writing. Lots of "word of mouth" and "not in writing." The parking garage is the worst…

I would leave 5 stars however it is extremely hard for guests to park. There should be more parking passes available. Also the interior common areas (hallways, carpet) could use a facelift.

Community events! Since going to only one event a month it would be nice if some months that event could be on the weekend. People working nights can’t attend the events anymore.

Losing access to my balcony for the majority of the time I've lived here is frustrating, but maintenance stealing from my apartment when I am not there and the office team not doing anything about it is worse.
