The Island Residence in Minnetonka offers beautiful views, great amenities, and a peaceful atmosphere. Well-maintained and a wonderful place to call home!

The residents here are very friendly and the staff is great to work with. In my experience my maintenance requests are always completed the next day.

Quiet community (except for dogs barking) nestled within a wooded area surrounded by streams of water. Convenient location near 494, shopping, and restaurants.

Amazing tranquil environment. Walking path on the edge of the water gives access to viewing much nature. Friendly and caring staff. The residents are super nice.

I absolutely love staying at the Island! Everything is kept very clean, neighbors are very nice, and the amenities are amazing! The outdoor grills and pool is great to use during the summer.

Clean property, quiet community, well maintained grounds close to trails and quick access to major highways without all the noise. Guest parking could have more spots.
