i have loved my time at kensington! very quiet community with excellent facilities :) it’s also super close to carytown which is a a major plus

I have loved my time at kensington so far. the staff is very helpful and quick to assist with any issue plus all amenities are up to date and the location is great!

We got new mulch for the dog park, which makes the residents DOG ON HAPPY. Our pet friendly community makes this one of the best apartment complexes

Love my time on Stuart Ave! The move in process was super easy and the neighborhood is peaceful and clean. Maintenance is also very accommodating which is perfect!
