The laminate flooring is coming up, submitted a maintenance request for it and they came and took pictures. Still haven’t heard anything else about it. Still a decent place to live though.

Comfortable place to live in a great neighborhood. Maintenance comes quickly when things can be addressed in house. Recent events like for Pi Day have been nice

They do a very good job of seeing to maintenance requests! The staff is friendly and helpful. I like living here because it's likie we're living in our own little village.

Just really noisy most of the time, but it's apartments I get it. It's not too bad the community seems to be going down hill fast. This will be our last year here. The price we are paying we can get a full blown house.

Living here has good benefits. Live close to stores. Neighbors are awesome. Great neighborhood to live in. I love the environment here. Schools are close by.

Nice & quiet here. I’ve been here a year and no Problems. Love the parcel lockers. I work nights and sleep during the days and it’s still quiet.

When I first moved in things were pretty rough as I was dealing with bug issues (roaches and ants) but now that those have been dealt with I am quite enjoying my time here.
