The apartment is nice! The office staff are super friendly. The community is well taken care of. We love it here and glad we made the choice! Very pet friendly too!

It has been very amazing here. Best apartment I’ve been in!!! My old apartment had a bunch of bugs everywhere this place is spotless of them.

We’ve Lived here for two years and unfortunately have to move because prices became a little too high. We Loved our time at latitudes. It’s a great apartment complex.

My wife and I just recently renewed our lease because we love the community we are in. It’s quiet (minus the interstate noise) and safe enough to where we know we can go out anytime of the day and not feel scared to. Maintenance has been quick to respond to urgent repairs and always get around to the smaller ones. The complex does a lot to maintain the area out side by cleaning off the breezeways periodically and power washing patios. We rarely ever hear the neighbors around us to the point we can’t even tell there is anyone beside or above us. Highly recommend for couples, families, and even single folk. It’s nice to live somewhere there is no drama with any neighbors and people are respectful.

We've had a great first couple weeks in the apartment! The maintenance team has been absolutely wonderful, and everyone in the office is so nice!

Latitudes is a great place to stay. The area has everything you need we are close to the beach, shopping. Dining several grocery stores to choose from love it.

Great apartment complex just had an issue with non residents stealing stuff from my truck but other than that great place well kept they keep everything clean and safe

We LOVE it here! So safe and friendly! We always feel as if we can go for walks at night, go out to our cars in the parking lots, or go to the gym when it’s dark!
