Really love the staff but the building itself could use some upkeep from time to time, a lot of messes I see that never get cleaned up or take a while to get taken care of.

Staff is so helpful, apartment furniture and layout is beautiful, and I love the amenities! My friends and I always go down the slide. I highly recommend this apartment!

Amazing apartment! The slide is so fun!! and the rooftop's renovations look awesome, i'm excited to use it! the amenities are so clean and useful

I love Legacy on Rio. I love the new renovations to the rooftop and courtyard. And of course the slide is so unique and fun! Maintenance is fast and they are super nice.

The experience is great. Management is really good at responding to emails and the front desk is on top of answering any questions you have!

It's been great! I love the amenities offered here and the maintenance requests I put in are almost always instantly addressed. Love this place!

Love staff, always available when needed and friendly. Great place to live be. Atmosphere is amazing. Love the amenities and events that are held.

Move-in day was awesome and so smooth. Wish there was clearer communication around utilities, even small updates for transparency. Fast responses from maintenance. Overall good enough for the price

Maintenance fulfillment is slow, but otherwise pretty good.
When I moved in, there was dirt on the floor and the floorboards were peeling. Still hasn’t been fixed
