Been at Maddox since 2020 and have love the experience thus far. The staff is amazing, common areas are always clean, and the convenience to local restaurants and bars is a plus!

Couldnt love Maddox more. The community is close, I feel safe and I’ve never had any issues with neighbors. Having monthly socials are also something I look forward to every month.

I really love living in the Maddox, been here for 1.5 years! It is always clean, safe, and feel very taken care of. The amenities are also great - the pool and gym are top tier.
