Marion Lake is a wonderful place to live and the staff is friendly and maintenance takes care of things quickly and efficiently. All around a good community.

My experience so far has been excellent. I like how fast the team deals with maintenance request. Community is well maintained and the staff is amazing.

The staff were very kind and helpful. I put in a couple of maintenance requests and they were all answered and fixed within a timely manner. A great experience so far.

Staff is super friendly. Maintenance requests are being handle fast and community events are held often. Amenities are great and apartments are very nice.

Beautiful amenities and cute little apartments. Only down a star because there is always poop around even though we pay to have the pets dna tested.
