Despite the police presence lately… I really have no complaints about the property… it’s kept clean and for the most part the neighbors are pretty quiet and respectful.

This place is very well run for how big the complex is. Love the year round pool and 24 hour gym! Good neighborhood with lots of access to easily walkable places to go

It's a very big and busy. Plenty of parking though which is a huge plus. We haven't had our maintenance requests responded to yet, but we are staying patient since it is such a large community.

The fact that neighbors can hear EVERYTHING feels violating. The staff is not kind. Trash everywhere. Not well maintained. The park is trash. I stay for the location, nd pricing.
