We have lived at Mosaic for almost 2 years now. We like how there is always open parking spaces and the dog park is nice to have as well. Location is also great.

The best location for easy navigation any where in the Tampa area. The office managers are top notch along with the maintenance staff. It's pretty hassle free living here.
