The location is superb. The staffs are friendly. The only complaint is that our garbage disposal broke in Saturday and even we made a maintenance request immediately, no one came to fix it on Monday.

Apartment is okay. Location isn't great unless you want to walk 20 minutes to Pike and Rose and they're doing construction, demolishing nearby buildings.
