Living at North for officially a year now. I love it! This is a very central location for my life. Whether it’s for the surrounding shopping, close to everything we could need but also closely located to the tech offices without living too close. The staff has always been extra friendly and helpful anytime I reach out… the maintenance team is even very kind. The I unfortunate downside is how transient the area is. This is due to all of the great shops. There’s no true residential feeling when you step food outside the actual building, but that goes with choosing to live in a location like this. Walking by the dog park area ; the smell is pretty bad and would hope they cleaning could be more often but it os not being done as it should be , so it’s seems. Otherwise , no complaints. And will stay here

Over all It’s been a great experience but there were a few hiccups during our first week there. The leasing office staff are very nice and are all very helpful.

The location is very conveniently located at the village at totem lake which has a great variety of shops. Our unit is quiet and leasing and apartment staff are great.

Apartment is great if you like constant fire alarms, roto-hammer's at 7am, and other constant noise. Management says they don't have the power to do anything about it and will refer you to the "urban living" clause of your lease. Note to management: urban living does not mean constant fire alarms and construction noise at inappropriate hours. Apartments are over priced.

Just moved in as new residents! We ran into a lot of people and they aren’t necessarily friendly as neighbors, but seem to keep the community clean and respect the privacy and social distancing.

Nice location, nice apartment layout, Great community events, great maintenance team. There are some details that can be retouched, such as cleaning up the community grill More frequently, Clean up the dog park in regular basis, we feel the printer paper Minimum in weekly basis

Great amenities, still haven’t met folks. However I do see posters of activities put up so waiting to see how that turns out. People are very warm in general.

The apartments have new appliances. The area around is lively and has a lot of places to explore. The apartment is super spacious and has a lot of storage space

The apartment build is really practical. The thing that I like the most about these apartments is there are sockets everywhere in house which is very convenient. The location is also very good. I enjoy living here.

Mimosa Sat. Is a nice day experience. Better time would be 1:00 to 3:00 rather than earlier. Too many dog owners with noisy( barkers) in the hall ways! Enforce the 5 MPH speed limit in the parking garage!
