It always been a joyful experience here. I just wish the park was more enjoyable for all ages and maybe a dog park. Red wing park has been closed for awhile so I’d like to have a place to take my pup for a run.

The staff is great, the maintenance team is great, the landscaping is great, and the residents are great. I've lived here for a little over five years now and it's a great a community to raise children.

Recently move in Ocean Gate Apartment. So far it’s very quiet, and neat community. Ocean Gate has the best office staff . They are friendly, professional,and helpful. I think that I made the right choice.

Love the stuff. Stuff gets things fast and timely manner. Apartment complex very clean and quiet. I highly recommend every one to apply here. Very fast process and easy.
