One Park is definitely on the pricier side for apartments, especially if you are living alone. The amount of room and amenities make it worth it though

Everything is wonderful here! Been here 2 years and want to stay! The amenities are great, especially during the summer when the pool is open and the rooftop is enjoyable!

It has been amazing to live here! It is in a great location and the amenities are amazing. The apartments are beautiful as well. The only issue is some appliances become broken easily.
