Safe, clean, good area. Walking distance to stores, restaurants, etc. Do wish they updated the shared amenities such as laundry room. The package delivery room is a mess and unorganized.

Orion Prospect is well maintained property, the location is good, near to Chicago Ohare airport. The service and maintenance is good. Rent is little high although.

The price for 1 bedroom is insane. Not to mention the interior is extremely out dated and I'm not exaggerating when I say the apartment i lived in when I was 12 was significantly nicer than where I live…

I love living here. When i come home, I always find a parking space.I feel safe here. I have never seen any broken car windows so whatever I leave in my car, my car is safe too. It is quiet at night so no problem…

The office staff is very unprofessional and catty. Maybe only one staff member is actually qualified to do the line if work. They are so busy trying to see revenge/retaliation instead doing the job that pays them.

We really like living in Orion Prospekt, everything is easily accessible, the apartments are clean and cozy. The pool is clean, everything is clean and beautiful.
