Tried to answer the question, what’s most important to renew lease…definitely the rent, sure hope it won’t be raised like last year … it was $200 extra per month , way too much money

Hacienda Valecietos is our home for Fifteen years now. Mom and I wouldn't want to move to any other place. We love it here because the neighbors, and staff are wonderful.

Administration at Overture San Marcos has improved markedly. Kristin and staff are to be applauded. She has improved service , accessibility and communication significantly.
