Responsive front desk staff. My only complaint is how hot the 1st floor units get due to the heated garage and hallways. That and there are never poop bags at the dog park

Utility bills keep increasing since they are split evenly across all apartments based on the number of residents, regardless of how much you use. My unit was also at most 65 F during a -15 F cold snap

We have lived here almost 6 months now and it has been a great apartment. Good location, safe, and maintenance is fast to respond. As long as they don’t raise our rate we will be staying here a long time.

The move into Park glen has been good so far, I just moved in about two weeks ago. I enjoy the amenities and the location, people I’ve met so far seem nice:)
