Red Road Commons apartments are a great choice for students at the University of Miami. The amenities are great and management is always on top of everything to make sure the living experience is at its best.

I wish there was better security and something in place and not a security guard who comes for 2 weeks and then you never see him again. people are loud and disrespectful

Red road needs to do better when it comes to maintaining the niceness of the buildings, but whenever I've had a maintenance issue they've always helped almost immediately. The property management staff, while I hear some nasty things, have never ever steered me wrong. Treat them with kindness and they will return with kindness

It's nice but there's a lot of roaches, broken walls. I like the pool, grill, location, bright colors. Staff is nice and helpful. The apts without rugs are better but all are nice

I like the aesthetic and location of the building, but there are a few things that keep me from recommending it as a place to live. One, there are constantly holes in the hallway walls. Two, my packages have been stolen twice already. Three, why is there no way to let guests in without meeting them at the door?!!?! The call box is useless!

Okay so far I have not completely moved in so it is really hard to tell and rate my experience in the apartment community but I’ve heard really good things that’s why I’m a resident now

Overall good. Sometimes slow with trash collection and maintenance. Many holes in walls that seem to be fast beyond the point of getting fixed.

The apartments are nice but customer service is difficult. Maintenance is hard to communicate with or get someone to actually come. The hallways are usually damaged or dirty.

Pretty decent apartments, annoying how theres holes in every wall, elevator sucks, I live on the 2nd floor and really wish could go up the stairs instead of just down them.

Best it could be with UM students punching in walls. Probably should reinforce wallls in hallways so people stop kicking them in. Also it does not need to be that cold in the hallways.

I enjoy living in red road commons and like that it is so close to my school. The apartments are nice. The rent is a lot but worth it for what you're getting.

Overall it is a nice place to live. Surprisingly it’s not noisy for a college community. The downside is sometimes you get drunk college students waking holes in walls and leaving trash in the hallways.

Living here is conviniente and the people in the building are decent. But all this place wants is your money, from “random towing” to insanely high rent late fees and no help from management. You are a dollar sign not a person in this building

It’s nice, but it can be noisy and dirty sometimes and sometimes the leasing office us difficult to deal wjth. And the area next to the buildings is a little creepy (the untersection next to sunset) and sometimes random people sit and hang out in the gazebo for no reason

I would say that the Red Road Commons is a very suitable place to live if you like partying and invigorating environment. However, you would also like to stay in here if you like a place to study or to live.

Apartment is great. Location is amazing. Security cameras should be installed to keep kids accountable for knocking in walls and damaging hallways. But all in all a good experience here in Red Roads

The good thing is that the amenities are nice and so are the people. But the bad news is that the trash never gets picked up, there is hardly security patrolling the halls like they said either

My apartment is very large and clean, but the hallways are often dirty and covered in trash. The elevators, garage doors and fobs are often broken.

Red Road is close to the Miami campus so its convientent but the surrounding neighborhood is not that nice. Depending on where you live there can be a lot of noise too.

Shauna was super helpful when we were debating about living here. Safe area. Like the parking garage how its closed off and well lit. You can hear absolutely everything through the windows and from the people above/around you. Took 4 weeks for someone to follow up on my maintenance request. Like the updates that were made to the payment site.
