I keep to myself with my dog. My partner visits me so I don't really complain much. Staff is super kind, and helpful. I have had a good few things stolen from me other than that I can't really complain too much!

Great Ballard neighborhood, an attentive staff and responsive maintenance crew. OTP is a nice community. However, not impressed with the new mobile app. Thank you.

Great location and fantastic staff. Unfortunately, the neighborhood presents some challenges with homelessness and crime. The staff does it best to make the building and residents secure.

I’ve loved calling Ballard on the Park home for the last two years! Every building has it quirks but the management has improved over my time here.
