needs to work on parking spots and visitors parking spots as well needs more communication and worry a little bit more on the people who's living in these apartments

Grounds are a disaster... Office staff can't do anything about the dog poop on the ground. Noise complaints aren't followed up on. Etc......

I have had constant problems with mold which have not been resolved. Throughout the winter there is almost always standing water or mucky soil around the base of the building. I believe mold is in walls. I also believe poor windows lead to moisture issues. Management is not concerned with solving problems but rather only bandaging them. Very unhappy

Very expensive for what you get with outdated appliances peeling counters and cardboard construction. $40 for a parking space that should come with the apartment. $15 valet trash service that you cannot opt out of. Would rather the dumpsters back and take my own trash out. Maintenance is really good, though. Really responsive when anything is needed. Location is really good. Lots of wild life and a forest outside our windows.

So far it has been reasonable, but we have some issues with our apt that was brought up and nothing has been fixed yet. The lamp is hanging from the edge and it looks like it is going to fall. The grinder in the seek

Not keen on having to pay for a parking space. And the Valet Waste is just that, a waste. Rent is really, really high for what you get (cheap, peeling counter tops; coil stove; inefficient fridge; horrible layout that allows for *NO* natural light requiring lights to be on 24/7).

It’s a great place to live but the communication is not always the best. On my move in day the apartment was not ready, thanks god I came up with a solution and they were happy to accommodate for me

Really not pleased with the valet service. They frequently don't take the trash and never tell you why. If any trash falls out of the bags it's just left around. So to remove a couple of "unsightly" dumpsters around the complex, we have a unreliable service we have to pay more for, leaves trash everywhere, and frequently have to walk our own trash across a street and across the complex to the compactor. On top of all this we have to pay $40 for parking. First spot should be free with the lease and any additional be paid for on top. You can always not pay and park in the unreserved spaces, but those frequently have cars broken into and things stolen from them.

The complex itself is very nice and has some great amenities. Parking is extremely limited, and the only way to guarantee a spot is by paying for it. The office staff, while helpful, can be hard to reach/receive a response from. Floors/ceilings are thin, so noise easily travels. The apartments themselves are nice for the price, but there are some cons associated with living here

My rating has gone down significantly due to the fact that I am constantly battling with my upstairs neighbor over noise. The office staff have told me it is impossible to evict someone in OR over a noise problem. So I have to either move, or listen to her death metal. She sounds like a huge elephant when she comes crashing in through the front door at 1am. Banging and dropping things, plus now she has a dog!
