It's a good place.. valley ranch is all over a place within good community.. but these days it's not so safe place.. so many incidents.......

Maintenance service is too good. Leasing office people are very kind and helpful and try to accommodate people's problems. Community got external upgrade recently.

Very good, but the rent is little on the higher end. Maintenance is wonderful. Location is good but need more parking spots. Gym Does not have enough equipments.

The staff are very nice and helpful when approached with concerns or issues pertaining to apartment living. The apartment community is quiet.

Excellent Community to live. Maintenance service are excellent and quick. I have been here almost 2 years and never had any issues. Easy access to most of highway roads
