This place is very luxurious and neighbors seem respectful of everyone around. There’s is a lot of good amenities like the pool and lots of areas to hang out outside!

Quiet community, Pool is clean and well kept. Maintenance team is excellent and very nice. Sometimes the weekend trash is an issue, but over a nice, clean, and quiet place.

I love it!!! This is our first apartment and the leasing experience and Mrs.Mason was so awesome!! We look forward to the rest of our time here being outstanding as well.

Very Good experience, good facilities including gym and parking and mailbox. Very responsive management to residents requests. Could be cheaper however

Have been living here since March 2021. Down-sizing has been a struggle for us but the storage in our new home is great. The amenities are nice and we have taken advantage of them several times. Would recommend Century New Holland to anyone.

Really love the apartment and almost everything is perfect. However, some residents show a lack of respect for others without picking up after their animals, leash their animals when walking, are rowdy and loud by the pool & fitness center, and etc. Also, the treadmills in the fitness center often break down and people often try to bypass the gate security by going around the gate when others enter the property.

Honestly a good sized community with many good features. The pool is always comfortable. The fitness center has a decent aray of different equipment. Parking is always easy to find and not far away from the buildings.

Overall it’s a beautiful and welcoming community. The Maintenance is well taken care of before is a very nice getaway the gym is truly a good Gym. Everything about this place so far has made it well worth the monthly payments.

It has been amazing living here so far. Everyone has been very friendly within the community. All the amenities are always clean. We have needed maintenance assistance a few times and they were quick to respond.

I have lived here for 2 years now, and it is awesome, I would recommend it to others if they have the budget since it is a bit pricey but totally worth it, the gym is free!
