Most likely going to love. The neighborhood doesn’t feel super safe- always cops around. Hallway smells like weed and smoke. Garage smells. Amenities don’t always work

Being so close to downtown you don’t really hear the downtown noise. Minimal groceries in the area means getting in your car to get them. Office staff seems to constantly be turning over.
