Pros and cons. The newest leasing staff has been doing their best given the circumstances surrounding covid/etc. The staff is attentive and take action when possible, but I feel they are very understaffed given the community size. Possible amenity improvements: consistent checks on propane in community grill, valet trash not picking up on scheduled days. Greatest concern is safety/security and the lack of communication when incidents occurs. Location is the greatest selling point; but at the current cost of units, the property owners commitment to supporting current staff and residential services should reflect such. BIGGEST suggestion - upgrade and open secondary side gate as a "resident-only" access point with key fob to allow for greater egress. The increasing vehicle and pedestrian traffic at the main S. Congress entrance is becoming excessive (and at times dangerous) with the new businesses along the corridor, especially with greater numbers returning to post-quarantine routines.
