I still don't live here but seems good. It has some nice studying areas, nice workout places, rooms are spacious, etc. The kitchen also is big enough for everyone living in the apartment.

I’ve had a very good experience. Since I visited the apartment, the person giving me the tour was very nice and in that moment I knew that was where I wanted to live!

The unit is pretty relaxing. The presence of a study room is appreciated as well as the events the staff hold in the office as the year goes on.

To begin with, I haven’t been in the apartment for long, since I just moved in, however the staff is friendly towards new tenants. The apartment has good amenities and overall a safe place.

The Sparq at Rio has a great space for the amount of living space you are getting. The pool table is great and the view of the pool is nice.

Maintenance is very quick. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Whatever issues I was having they were quick to contact me and provide the necessary resources to solve my problems!
